Haulotte Iberica : Open up services

On February 23rd Haulotte Ibérica, which covers Spain and Portugal markets, organized its Open Up Business an event for customer's service managers and expert technicians.

More than 80 service managers and expert technicians were present and able to participate in the 6 different workshops the Spanish team had prepared.

The goal was to deepen their knowledge on Haulotte services innovations such as Sherpal, MyHaulotte and Second Life. The "technical" aspect was not forgotten, machine demos were proposed with the articulated boom Sigma 16, as well as detailed presentation of several innovations such as Haulotte Activ'Energy Management and Haulotte Activ'Shield Bar.

All these activities were imagined and proposed in a playful and interactive way with, for example, a “Cluedo” game dedicated to Sherpal and MyHaulotte during which participants had to investigate and find a stolen MEWP thanks to the telematics and fleet management solutions.




Luis PEREZ SANTOS, Service Manager of the Spanish subsidiay, tells how the teams were mobilized to organize this event:

An event led by a very involved and mobilized team to offer the best of Haulotte Services and Solutions to the participants. All the service managers and technicians expert were delighted with their visit and are looking forward to the next "Open Up" event.
